Behind The Scenes - Making of Goliath

A behind the scenes glimpse of some of the artistry involved in bringing Davey & Goliath to life.

Based on the final, approved script, storyboards are generated.

Conceptual character design sketches are made.

Color is added to the conceptual character sketches.

The character is then modeled out of clay.

A mold is made of the model, then cast in foam latex.

The foam cast is then seamed . . .

. . . and prepared for painting.

After painting and fur texture are applied . . .

. . . eyeballs are added.

Finally, Goliath is ready to join Davey on the set.
